And it's ready! Baking Moro's bread (n°3: check)


Ok, I cheated a little.
But when I read in the cookbook that for the sour dough bread
apart from the 2,5 days of preparing the dough 
I also had to prepare the dough for the dough (or something like that), 
that it would take 2 weeks to do this
and it needed attention twice a day
I had two options:

1. Take two weeks off from work, and spend my holidays on making bread
2. Bake another kind of bread from the book. And that's what I did.
(because actually the goal was: use a recipe of this - never used - cookbook)


So finally I made a turkish bread, which turned out really flat.
(but i guess that's how it should look like).
My sister will be testing it on the brunch tomorrow...
